Staff Recruitment

Members apply through the Apply option on the ticket panel. It opens one application form with a selector for the staff roles. Each type has its own cooldown, so a member can’t spam re-applies.

Roles you can apply for

Role	Cooldown	What it is
Trial Staff	3 days	The entry point. A one-week trial; good activity and initiative moves you up to Staff.
Staff	3 days	Full staff after a successful trial.
Management	7 days	Leads the team and handles the management tickets.
Admin	7 days	Senior moderation and trust.

Ask for their resume, a brief description of themselves, and why they’d be a good fit.

After they’re in

New trial staff, staff, and admins get a welcome-aboard card in the staff channel when the role lands (a promotion up the ladder doesn’t re-trigger it). How they progress from there, and how promotions are decided, is covered in Activity & Promotions.
