The bot already nudges members who ask for a paid service, but back it up yourself. A warm, genuine “we actually do that, here’s the page” from a real person converts far better than the automated nudge alone.
How to do it
- Bring it up whenever it’s relevant, not out of nowhere. If someone says they need a logo, a site, a bot, contracts, or similar, that’s your cue.
- Link the main-site page for the service rather than explaining pricing yourself. The page has the current offering and pricing, and it opens the right ticket.
- Stay helpful, not pushy. One clear pointer to the right page beats repeated plugs.
- If they want to go ahead, they can start from the page or the ticket panel’s matching inquiry option.
