Esports Hub sells services, and staff are the front line for them. When a member asks about, or clearly needs, something we offer (a Discord bot, a website, and so on), promote it. Don’t let a lead slip past. Point them to the service page on the main site so they can see what’s included and start an order or inquiry.
The bot already nudges members who ask for a paid service, but back it up yourself. A warm, genuine “we actually do that, here’s the page” from a real person converts far better than the automated nudge alone.

How to do it

  • Bring it up whenever it’s relevant, not out of nowhere. If someone says they need a logo, a site, a bot, contracts, or similar, that’s your cue.
  • Link the main-site page for the service rather than explaining pricing yourself. The page has the current offering and pricing, and it opens the right ticket.
  • Stay helpful, not pushy. One clear pointer to the right page beats repeated plugs.
  • If they want to go ahead, they can start from the page or the ticket panel’s matching inquiry option.
