As a Director you lead the team. You’re expected to help Trial Staff, Staff, and Admins with their tasks, create tasks and hand them out, keep everyone on track, and set the standard as a leader. The team looks to you, so how you show up matters.

What’s expected

  • Help Trial Staff, Staff, and Admins with their tasks. Be available and approachable when they need direction or a hand.
  • Create tasks and delegate them clearly, so everyone knows what they’re doing and why.
  • Keep the team on track. Follow up, check progress, and step in when something is slipping.
  • Lead by example. Your conduct, activity, and standards set the tone for everyone below you.
  • Treat everyone with respect. No harassment, bullying, intimidation, or verbal abuse.
  • Be fair and consistent. Don’t play favourites or use your position for personal reasons.
  • Use permissions responsibly. No abusing tools or leaking staff-only information.
  • Follow the server rules and the Discord Terms of Service at all times.
  • We ask that you don’t work with any servers and services built around the same concept as this one, as it would create a conflict of interest.

Do not abuse the role

Your position never puts you above the rules or above members.
  • Don’t abuse your position toward members, or use your status to push your own server or gain an advantage.
  • Don’t claim wild or exaggerated things on your resume or application.
  • Don’t spam people with links.
  • Don’t break the rules because of your status. Being staff holds you to a higher standard, not a lower one.
You must read and understand our rules and regulations.

Accountability

Director is a leadership role built on trust. Failing to lead, letting the team drift, misusing permissions, or breaking the expectations above can cost you the role. Serious situations may lead to immediate removal.
